How to Control your Weight by washing your hands

"Reduce portions your eat, and do not forget to wash your hands", a diet expert advice from those who want to lose weight. A study based on the evidence says that obesity can be caused by adenoviruses. Adenoviruses are viral diseases, which resulted in the accumulation of fat in the body, so called virus fat (fat virus).

In a study led by Leah D. Whigham of the University of Wisconsin, said that adenovirus Ad-37 causes obesity in chickens, these findings relate to two virus Ad-36 and Ad-5, which also cause obesity in animals.

In the study conducted two years ago in chickens, mice and monkeys injected with the fat virus, showed an increase in body fat with a range of 50-100 percent, compared with animals injected with the virus despite not getting the same meal.

If in previous studies Ad-36 associated with one of the causes of obesity in humans, recent research also proves there is link between the virus Ad-37 with obesity. AD-37, Ad-36 and Ad-5 were incorporated in the human adenovirus type 50, which cause diseases such as encephalitis, influenza and diarrhea. Adenovirus itself is usually transmitted through the air, direct contact, even through the water.

"If Ad-36 caused obesity in humans, which needs to be done is to find a vaccine to prevent the virus spreading. If the vaccine is found, then all the stereotypes that assume adenoviruses can cause obesity in humans can be overcome by the vaccine, "said Frank Greenway, professor of the Department of Clinical Trials, Pennington Biomedical Research Center, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge.

The theory that viruses can cause obesity is still a debate among scientists, considering the many factors that lead to obesity, such as diet, and lack of exercise. Also those who are infected are unaware of fat such infections until laboratory tests, the absence of clinical symptoms
specific.

"The phenomenon of obesity is more common in the United States about 30 years and has tripled among children. With the exception manular disease, no chronic diseases such as obesity spread rapidly this, "said Leah D. Whigham, who suggested to wash their hands diligently to minimize the spread of the virus.
